How to

Brew Recipe – How to Brew 1 teaspoon for 1 cup. Boil water to 100oC, steep for 3-5 mins. Use you tea leaves for 2 brews.

Caffeine Free | Organic and Wildcrafted Ingredients | Served hot or chilled | Sweeten, add honey or coconut nectar.

Bath Ritual – A pinch or two into your bath with Epson salts and your favourite relaxation essential oil.

Compost or worm farm used tea.
