If your package is returned to us due to being undeliverable by the courier or their international partners, your order will be cancelled and refunded (excluding shipping fees) once it’s processed back at our stockroom.
Important Notice: Orders are shipped from our Australian stockroom. Your purchase may be subject to local import duties and taxes, payable in your country before delivery. It’s your responsibility to cover any additional charges. Please check with local authorities before placing an order if you’re unsure.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are based on orders placed Monday to Friday. Please allow extra time for delivery during peak periods such as Christmas and Mother’s Day.
We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery times are 1-6 business days depending on your location.
What if I’m not home when my order arrives?
If no one is available to receive the delivery, the courier will attempt to leave your package in a safe location. If that’s not possible, a card will be left, and your package will be held at your nearest Australia Post Office for collection. Promptly collect your parcel as they have time limits for holding packages.
What should I do if an item is missing or incorrect?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If something is missing or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@kibirawminerals.com.au. We’ll be happy to offer a replacement or refund. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.
What if my order arrives damaged?
